Warranty & Limitation of Liability

 

Waveform proudly warranties all of our antennas and RF components for 3 years against any workmanship or material defects.

Contact our customer support team with your dated proof of purchase to take advantage of our manufacturer's warranty. They will assist you in returning the defective product to us. We ask only that you pay for the return shipping. We will replace any defective parts and pay for the delivery of the replaced product back to you if you are located within the continental U.S.

Please note that our manufacturer’s warranty does not apply if we determine the product has been damaged by the customer. After 90 days, we may replace products with refurbished products that have been completely recertified to conform to our product specifications. If you have any further questions about our warranty process, just contact our support team and one of our experts will help you begin the process.

Finally, our Waveform policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services on those products purchased only from an authorized dealer and that includes a receipt or proof of purchase. If you happened to have purchased a Waveform product from an unauthorized dealer or if the original factory serial number has been removed or altered in any way, your Waveform warranty will not be valid.

 

How to Exchange Your Waveform Product

If you’d like to return or exchange your Waveform product under the manufacturer’s warranty:

  1. Contact our team at (800) 761-3041 or [email protected], or go to waveform.com/pages/returns and start a return.
  2. Package and ship your defective product back to us.
  3. Receive a replacement within 7 to 10 business days.
