FlexModule Upgrade

The upgradability of the Balance 20X lends itself to unrivaled flexibility and makes it ideal for a wide range of deployments

• The base Balance 20X includes a Cat7 LTE Modem, capable of 2x2 MIMO and a maximum theoretical data rate of 300 Mbps download and 150 Mbps upload. It has two SMA-Female ports for external antennas and offers a great budget router where reliability is more important than speed.
• The upgraded Balance 20X with the FlexModule 5G/Cat20 LTE expansion card is capable of 4x4 MIMO and a maximum theoretical data rate of 4 Gbps download and 700 Mbps upload. It has four SMA-Female ports for external antennas and turns the Balance 20X into a high-speed connectivity workhorse.

Upgrading with the FlexModule also means that you'll have two cellular radios and will be able to do bonding, smoothing and failover between both cellular WANs, on top of the ethernet and WiFi WANs also available.

Unmatched Carrier Support

The Balance 20X is certified for use on Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and U.S. Cellular. This means you can use a SIM card from one of these carriers in your Peplink to get service. The Balance 20X uses a 4FF Nano SIM (not 2FF like many other routers).

The Cat7 Balance 20X Base modem supports all of the following bands:

We include 1 year of PrimeCare with your Peplink Balance 20X and FlexModule. PrimeCare includes access to InControl, the router's warranty, a FusionHub license, and access to Peplink's state-of-the-art SpeedFusion.

Peplink's patented SpeedFusion technology is the engine behind a number of powerful capabilities unique to Peplink routers, including WAN Bonding, WAN Smoothing, Hot Failover, traffic steering, and more.

PrimeCare is renewable at $49 per year after the first year. If PrimeCare is not renewed, SpeedFusion features are disabled, but the functionality of the router will remain unaffected.
