SureCall SC400 Ultra Low Loss Coax Cable is a 400-type cable.

SC400 is a very low-loss 50 ohm cable compatible with all the 50 ohm amplifiers on our site. When used correctly, the SC400 cable can be used for cable runs up to 100ft.

The cable is light, flexible and weatherproof. Bulk reels come unterminated.

Product options

The SC400 cable comes in black and in a variety of lengths. Remember: Coaxial cable attenuates the cellular signal. In order to improve performance use the shortest cable length possible. All reels are unterminated.

Performed as expected

I wanted the lowest loss line for a 100 foot run, from my external antennae to my booster, as my outdoor signal was in the -100 to -110 dbm range. It worked as expected. I have an adequate signal in my home for cellular phone calls.

Customer service

I had a repeater with another company. It failed, and I tried to contact them. I called seven times with them never returning my calls, nor would they answer my four emails. I contacted the Repeater store. A live person answered the phone! His name was Adam. I bought a repeater from him, but it wasn't the right one. I was able to exchange it for the Cel-Fi X, It works wonderfully. Adam was very patient with me, as I'm modern technology challenged. We now have phone service at our house thanks to Adam, Ben and The Repeater Store. I highly recommend them. They're products are good, but their customer service is better. Thanks guys. ~John

The Right Cable - The First Time

I needed an extra 20 feet of cable to connect my internal antenna to the repeater unit, and the technical support person made the right recommendation, along with the right connector - the first time. I received it within 5 days and it works great.
