weBoost (Wilson) makes a wide range of barrel connectors for connecting cable runs. With barrel connectors both sides of the connector are the same, and so they are commonly used to connect two coaxial cables together to create a longer cable run.
The barrel connectors manufactured by Wilson Electronics here in the USA are of very high quality, resulting in very little signal loss to the system. The typical signal loss through one of these barrel connectors is around 0.1dB.
