The Cel-Fi PRO is a powerful signal booster system that boosts 3G/4G/LTE voice and data for AT&T. The Cel-Fi PRO offers up to 100 dB of gain and coverage up to 13,000 sq ft.
The Cel-Fi PRO system is incredibly easy to set up. The simple plug and play installation means that anyone can install the device. There are no external cables, antennas, wires, or drills needed. The units simply plug-in to power.
The Cel-Fi PRO has an LCD color interface and is fully self-contained and self-configuring. It supports the Cel-Fi WAVE mobile application.

Installation
The Network Unit (NU) should be placed where the existing cellular signal is best (generally by a window). The Coverage Unit (CU) should be placed in the location you need improved signal. You can optimize coverage by moving the CU. The NU and CU communicate with each other wirelessly to provide the best signal improvement possible. As the distance between the units is increased, the CU adjusts its coverage bubble to provide the ideal amount of coverage.
Mounting
Mounting brackets and hardware are provided to mount both (or either) the Coverage Unit and the Network Unit. The brackets come equipped with screws and inserts for mounting in standard drywall. The Network Unit has mounting holes on the back. The Coverage Unit has mounting holes on the bottom and on the back. The holes on the bottom of the Coverage Unit can be used for mounting the Coverage Unit to a ceiling.

What happens if my Internet connection goes down?
If your Internet connection goes down, the Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender 3 will stop working until the Internet is available. If you need a solution that does not require Internet connectivity, consider a cell booster instead.
Is the Verizon 4G LTE Enterprise Network Extender 3 compatible 1xRTT, 2G CDMA or 3G service?
No, the unit only broadcasts LTE signal. Every phone released since 2014 supports "Voice over LTE" (also known as VoLTE or HD Voice) technology as the default way for making calls and sending texts. Verizon is planning on shutting down their 2G CDMA network in 2019. Older phones (from before 2014) will not be able to make calls or send texts using the LTE signal generated by the Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender for Enterprise.
Can I use more than one Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender 3 for Enterprise in the same building?
Yes, absolutely. Multiple Verizon 4G LTE Network Extenders can be installed in the same building, and devices will hand off seamlessly from one device to the next. You can read more about how to arrange the devices in the Deployment Guide.
Can I limit access to the extender to specific users?
No - any Verizon devices in range of the device will connect to the Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender 3 for Enterprise. The Network Extender can support up to 64 active users and 300 idle users. In most cases, you shouldn't see any performance issues by having unknown devices using the signal.
I have a firewall - do specific ports need to be opened for the Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender 3 for Enterprise to work?
Yes - you will need to either put the units on a Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) or open ports 50, 500, 4500, 53 and 52428.
How do I know if I'm connected to the Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender 3?
You can check by dialing #48 - you'll hear an announcement stating your connection to the Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender 3 for Enterprise.
Will I drop my call if I walk into range or move out of range of the Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender 3?
No, your call won't drop, provided there is sufficient coverage for your phone to hand-off to the outdoor "macro" cellular network.
