Do I need my own Ethernet cables?
Yes. Both ends are female RJ45 jacks, so you plug your existing indoor and outdoor Ethernet cables into them. Cables are not included.
Which Starlink models does it work with?
Starlink Standard Gen 3, Standard 4, 4X, V5 and Mini, with no adapter needed. It is not designed for Starlink Enterprise or Performance kits.
Will my window still close?
In most cases, yes. The ribbon is only 1.5 mm (0.06 in) thick, so it sits under the sash or weatherstrip of most sliding, hung, casement, awning and hopper windows, and many doors.
Will it slow down my connection?
No. The cable is CAT6A and rated for up to 10 Gbps, and for PoE++ (IEEE 802.3bt Type 4) up to 100W, so it carries full speed and power to your dish, gateway or camera.
Will my outdoor cable seal properly?
Yes, if it is 3.0 mm (0.125 in) thick or more. The weatherproof enclosure seals around the cable to keep the outdoor connection protected to IP68.
