Description

Instantly improve cellular signal indoors for all carriers and devices with SureCall's EXTENDED RANGE TECHNOLOGY™ (ERT) designed for large offices, residential MDUs, industrial and enterprise buildings along with educational and business campuses.

5X Max significantly boosts voice, text, and data signals on all 5G and 4G LTE phones and devices delivering enhanced coverage for all North American carriers, including Verizon AT&T, and T-Mobile. The 5X Max wireless solution combines multiple patented technologies to create the most advanced booster delivering the fastest data speeds, largest coverage area, and improved connectivity for all mobile users inside large buildings in the weakest signal areas.

The kit with two internal antennas covers up to 13,000 sq ft and is scalable with additional components that can accommodate up to 12 internal antennas for coverage up to 75,000 sq ft.

Benefits

  • EXTENDED RANGE TECHNOLOGY (ERT): 5X Max is the first commercial booster to feature SureCall's proprietary ERT which overcomes signal loss in the outdoor cable by amplifying cell signals at the strongest point outside the building.
  • FULL IOT CLOUD ACCESS: 5X Max includes complete remote monitoring to monitor while off-site. The SureCall Cloud interface indicates signal strength in real-time providing installation feedback and troubleshooting.
  • DUAL INTERIOR PORTS: The indoor booster features two high-power interior antenna ports, which is like having two boosters in one housing. 5X Max is scalable with additional components that can accommodate up to 12 internal antennas for coverage up to 75,000 sq ft.
  • LCD DISPLAY SCREEN: The integrated LCD displays booster status and information that is helpful in setting up and optimizing the booster for best performance. With the system parameters displayed in real-time, the installer is always aware of the current status.
  • POWERFUL TECHNOLOGY: Patented 2XP technology DOUBLES uplink transmission power back to the cell tower ensuring a strong phone-to-tower connection even in weakest signal environments. Exclusive SureIQ automatically optimizes incoming signals, preventing shutdown and ensuring 24/7 uptime with continuous peak performance in both urban and rural areas.
  • BEST-IN-CLASS PERFORMANCE: 5X Max delivers seamless 5G/4G LTE connectivity for all phones and devices on all North American carriers with multiple patented technologies that deliver faster data speeds, maximum coverage area, and improved connectivity inside signal-challenged buildings in the weakest signal areas.

Kit Contents:

  • 5X Max outside amplifier

  • Outdoor Log Periodic antenna

  • Indoor Booster

  • 2x Indoor panel antenna or 2x Indoor Ultra-flat dome antenna

  • 3x 100ft of SC-400 cable

Lightning Surge Protector

We recommend using a lightning surge protector in most cases, but particularly if you'll be installing the kit in an area with frequent lightning. The lightning surge protector should be installed in line with the cable and near the outdoor antenna, and should be properly grounded. The Fusion4Home requires a 75 ohm surge protector.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if my Internet connection goes down?

If your Internet connection goes down, the Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender 3 will stop working until the Internet is available. If you need a solution that does not require Internet connectivity, consider a cell booster instead.

Is the Verizon 4G LTE Enterprise Network Extender 3 compatible 1xRTT, 2G CDMA or 3G service?

No, the unit only broadcasts LTE signal. Every phone released since 2014 supports "Voice over LTE" (also known as VoLTE or HD Voice) technology as the default way for making calls and sending texts. Verizon is planning on shutting down their 2G CDMA network in 2019. Older phones (from before 2014) will not be able to make calls or send texts using the LTE signal generated by the Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender for Enterprise.

Can I use more than one Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender 3 for Enterprise in the same building?

Yes, absolutely. Multiple Verizon 4G LTE Network Extenders can be installed in the same building, and devices will hand off seamlessly from one device to the next. You can read more about how to arrange the devices in the Deployment Guide.

Can I limit access to the extender to specific users?

No - any Verizon devices in range of the device will connect to the Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender 3 for Enterprise. The Network Extender can support up to 64 active users and 300 idle users. In most cases, you shouldn't see any performance issues by having unknown devices using the signal.

I have a firewall - do specific ports need to be opened for the Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender 3 for Enterprise to work?

Yes - you will need to either put the units on a Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) or open ports 50, 500, 4500, 53 and 52428.

How do I know if I'm connected to the Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender 3?

You can check by dialing #48 - you'll hear an announcement stating your connection to the Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender 3 for Enterprise.

Will I drop my call if I walk into range or move out of range of the Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender 3?

No, your call won't drop, provided there is sufficient coverage for your phone to hand-off to the outdoor "macro" cellular network.
