The weBoost Drive Reach Marine Kit uses weBoost’s most powerful in-vehicle signal booster kit, the Drive Reach, alongside the weBoost Wide-Band Omni Marine Antenna (304420), to make the most powerful marine booster kit available.

The Drive Reach has a maximum gain of 50 dB. It can support multiple phones, tablets, and other cellular devices simultaneously.

The weBoost Wide-Band Omni Marine Antenna (304420) is a wideband antenna designed to be used as an outside antenna for boats. The antenna is made of stainless steel and fiberglass. It is weather proof and salt-water resistant. It comes with 20ft of RG-58 cable attached and has an SMA-Male connector. It offers up to 4 dBi of gain.

Please note that the Drive Reach Marine signal booster kit can only boost signal in near shore situations. There must be a cell network signal present for the antennas and booster system to amplify. It cannot create a signal where one does not exist.

Increased Uplink and Downlink Power

The Drive Reach offers increased uplink and downlink power across all carrier frequency bands. Power output for a single cellphone (uplink) dBm is increased by up to 5dBm compared to the weBoost Drive 4G-X, while downlink power is increased from 2 - 3 dBm to over 5 dBm on every band.

This increased power means that users get signal up to 2X farther away from cell towers, with over 2X the signal strength.

New Design

The Drive Reach has a metallic red fin exterior. The grooves increase the unit’s surface area, improving performance by dissipating excess heat.

Coverage Area

The weBoost Drive Reach will cover a normal vehicle in areas of medium to weak outside signal. Total coverage is dependent upon outside signal strength. When you are in an area with very weak outside signal, you may only get coverage up to a few feet from the internal antenna.

Mounting Options

The weBoost (Wilson) Wide-Band Omni Marine Antenna (304420) is a omni-directional marine-grade antenna. It is designed to be mounted to the weBoost (Wilson) Marine Antenna Mount (901119). This mount can be easily attached to the desired location on your boat or watercraft using four screws on its base. The weBoost (Wilson) Marine Antenna Mount features the standard 1 x 14 inch thread and includes both adjustment and cinching arms.

Inside the boat, the mounting bracket can be used to fasten the booster in a specific location if desired. The Velcro strip on the bottom of the bracket can also be used to keep the unit from moving around.

The weBoost 4G Slim Low-Profile Antenna (314401) can be mounted to either the side of the seat or on the dash. The antenna should be at least 18 inches but no more than 36 inches from where your cellular device will be used. Use the Velcro adhesive strip or the 2-sided adhesive strip provided and attach to the side of the antenna labeled “MOUNTING SIDE”.
