Unbreakable Internet. Made Easy.

Waveform Internet is built to stay online when traditional ISPs go down. It takes the complex tech behind bonding and failover and turns it into a plug-and-play system that keeps you connected through outages and slowdowns. No tinkering. No IT team. No downtime.

Whether you’re replacing your ISP entirely or adding a reliable backup, Waveform Internet gives you unbreakable internet that adapts to your needs and location.

This is the internet we always wished existed - so we built it.

Internet Built to Stay Up

Waveform Internet bonds multiple connections at once. If one slows or fails, traffic shifts instantly to the others. No disconnects, no buffering, no dropped calls - just a smooth, stable connection that stays up.

Never Think About Your Internet Again

Everything ships pre-configured. Plug it in once, and your connection just works - no setup, no tweaking, no thinking about it again.

Works Where Others Don’t

When no single provider is reliable, Waveform Internet bonds multiple networks into one fast, stable connection that stays up.

Supported by Real Experts

Our team monitors your connection and fixes problems before you notice. If you ever do need help, we’re a text away.

Setup & Demo

How It Works

Waveform Internet bonds multiple networks at the same time and intelligently routes your traffic across them. If one connection slows or drops, the others keep everything online without interruption.

Video calls stay connected. VPNs don't break. Games keep playing. Streams don’t buffer.

There’s nothing for you to configure. Bonding, failover, and optimization all happen automatically in the background, so your connection stays fast and stable.

Nationwide 5G on All Major Networks

Waveform Internet includes unlimited 5G from all major carriers.

We’ll pick the best network for your location when you sign up, and if your conditions change, our team can switch you to a better carrier remotely. No SIM swapping or downtime.

Automatic Bonding and Failover

Already have fiber, Starlink, DSL, or another ISP? Plug it in.

Waveform Internet bonds multiple WANs into a single seamless connection at the packet level using Peplink SpeedFusion, intelligently routing around slowdowns or outages.

We Fix Problems Before You Notice Them

Our team monitors every connection in real time. If performance dips, we step in fast - often before you even know there’s a problem.

And if you do need help, you’ll talk to the same experts who built the service, not a call center.

Faster, Safer Browsing Built In

Waveform Internet encrypts your traffic at the network level. Ads, trackers, and known malicious sites are blocked before they ever reach your devices.

That means less wasted bandwidth, faster page loads, and better security for everything on your network.

Which Tier Do I Need?

Waveform Internet vs Waveform Backup Internet?

Both services use the same three tiers - Essential, Smart, and Complete - with identical bonding and failover capabilities.

The difference is in how they’re deployed:

  • Waveform Backup Internet works alongside your existing ISP. It includes one 5G modem and SIM, acting as a failover connection. 5G data is 10 GB on Essential and unlimited on Smart and Complete.
  • Waveform Internet gives you a primary connection too. It includes two unlimited 5G modems and SIMs, bonded for fast, reliable connectivity even if you don’t have another ISP.

Made to Work Anywhere

Waveform Internet combines multiple networks into one stable, bonded connection - so it works in places where a single provider can’t.

Use it to strengthen your home internet, keep your business online through outages, or bring reliable connectivity to rural and off-grid setups.

Why It’s Different

Waveform Internet isn’t just doing load balancing. It’s true bonding at the packet level, with hot failover, throughput aggregation, and a persistent IP across WANs. Your network doesn’t even notice when a connection drops.

To build what Waveform Internet gives you out of the box, you’d need enterprise-grade routers, multiple 5G plans, bonding software, and your own monitoring setup.

It would cost more, take hours to configure, and require constant maintenance. Waveform Internet gives you that same performance and reliability - already configured, managed, and ready to go.

Getting Online Is Simple

Your system arrives fully configured, bonded, and ready to go. Just plug it in, and you’re online in minutes.

If you already have WiFi, we can match your existing network so your devices switch over automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Waveform Internet?

Waveform Internet is a more reliable way to stay online. We combine enterprise-grade hardware, curated carrier service, and seamless failover or bonding to keep your connection stable even when traditional ISPs go down. It can work as your main connection or as a backup to what you already have.

What does “early access” mean?

Early access means you’re joining Waveform Internet before our full public launch. The service is fully functional, but we’re working closely with a smaller group of customers to fine-tune the experience.

As an early access customer, you’ll get:

  • Priority support directly from the team that built the service
  • Faster turnaround on feature requests and network tuning
  • A chance to help shape how the product evolves

We may make occasional adjustments to plans or features based on feedback, but we’ll always communicate those changes clearly and ahead of time.

What’s the difference between Waveform Internet and Waveform Backup Internet?

Both services use the same three tiers — Essential, Smart, and Complete — and offer the same bonding and failover capabilities. The difference is in how they’re set up:

  • Waveform Backup Internet is designed to work alongside your existing ISP. It includes a single 5G modem and SIM, which acts as a failover connection. The data plan is 10 GB on Essential and unlimited on Smart and Complete tiers.
  • Waveform Internet is for when you want a primary connection too. It includes two 5G modems and SIMs, both unlimited, and bonds them for fast, reliable connectivity — even if you don’t have another ISP.

In short: Backup Internet adds reliability to your existing setup. Waveform Internet is your setup.

This sounds too good to be true, what’s the catch?

There isn’t one, but we’re not the right fit for everyone. This isn’t a budget SIM and consumer router. We use high-end gear, carefully selected carriers, and expert support. If you want something plug-and-play that just works, you’ll probably like us.

Do I need to cancel my existing internet?

No. Many customers use Waveform Internet as a backup or supplement to their ISP. Others rely on it as their primary connection. It’s flexible either way.

How do I switch from my current internet to Waveform Internet?

Switching is simple, and your devices can stay connected without lifting a finger. When you sign up, just tell us the Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password from your existing network. We’ll set your Waveform Internet system to match.

When your new system arrives, turn off your old modem or router and power up Waveform Internet. Because the network name and password are the same, your phones, laptops, smart TVs, and other devices will automatically reconnect to the new network without needing to re-enter any credentials.

Will this work at my address, and can I use it anywhere?

Almost certainly. We support all major U.S. 5G networks and pick the best carrier for your location using real-world performance data. As long as there’s 5G signal, we can deploy service just about anywhere — from busy homes and retail spaces to remote cabins and mobile setups. If you move, we’ll retest your new location and reconfigure your system remotely, so your connection stays reliable.

What is bonding and why does it matter?

Bonding is the technology that powers hot failover. It actively transmits traffic over multiple internet connections at the packet level, rather than waiting for one to fail.

This does three key things:

  • Keeps a persistent IP. Real-time apps like Zoom, Teams, VPNs, and online games rely on a single IP address. With bonding, if one connection drops, your IP stays the same and the session stays alive.
  • Prevents interruptions. Bonding keeps secondary connections active in the background, so when a failover happens, it’s seamless. You won’t lose calls, streams, or downloads.
  • Aggregates multiple connections. Bonding combines bandwidth from multiple WANs into one stable stream, up to a maximum of about 150 Mbps.

Bonding is different from cold failover or basic load balancing found in many consumer routers. Cold failover only reacts after a failure, causing short outages. Load balancing spreads traffic but doesn’t keep a persistent IP. Because bonding duplicates and encrypts traffic, there’s some overhead, which is why bonded traffic is capped at around 150 Mbps.

How does each tier handle bonding and failover?

Each Waveform Internet tier uses bonding differently to balance performance, cost, and reliability:

  • Essential: Uses cold failover only. It’s simple and affordable. If your primary connection goes down, everything switches over, but active sessions (like calls or streams) may drop briefly.
  • Smart: Uses selective bonding. Critical traffic like video calls, VPNs, and online games are bonded with hot failover and a persistent IP. Everything else uses cold failover, which means it can take advantage of the full speed of the fastest WAN without being subject to the 150 Mbps bonding limit.
  • Complete: Uses bonding for all traffic. It’s the most robust option, offering full hot failover and persistent IP across everything. The trade-off is the 150 Mbps bonding limit, since all traffic runs through the encrypted bonding tunnel.
Can I choose which carrier I use?

We pick the best carrier for your location based on live performance data. If conditions change later, we can switch you remotely—no SIM swapping required.

Can I use my own SIM or router, or build this myself?

No. Waveform Internet relies on pre-configured hardware, tuned SIMs, and managed bonding and failover settings. That’s how we keep things reliable and supportable.

While it’s technically possible to build a DIY setup with a Peplink router, multiple SIMs, and bonding infrastructure, most people find it unreliable, expensive, and time-consuming. We handle all of that for you—hardware, configuration, SIMs, bonding, and monitoring—so your connection just works.

What’s included in the hardware setup?

Every system includes enterprise-grade Peplink hardware with pre-installed SIMs and all settings pre-configured. Waveform Internet comes with a B One 5G router and a BR1 Mini 5G modem. Waveform Backup Internet includes just the B One 5G router.

Who is Peplink and why do you use their routers?

Peplink makes world-class networking gear trusted by first responders, businesses, and ISPs. Their SpeedFusion technology powers our bonding, failover, and remote management.

How is this different from SpeedFusion Cloud?

SpeedFusion Cloud is a piece of what we use under the hood. On its own, it requires you to bring hardware, SIMs, configuration, and separate billing. We bundle it all into one managed service.

Can I add fiber or Starlink?

Yes. You can add other WAN connections and use them as backup or bond them for extra performance on our Smart or Complete tiers. Just let us know when you connect a new line, and we’ll configure it for you.

Is there a local interface I can access?

No—and that’s intentional. We manage updates, tuning, and security remotely. If you want changes, like a new Wi-Fi name or password, just ask and we’ll push them within minutes.

Can I upgrade or expand my system later?

Yes. You can move between tiers, add external antennas, or integrate with mesh Wi-Fi systems as your needs change.

How does remote monitoring work, and what about privacy?

We use Peplink’s InControl 2 platform to monitor uptime, signal strength, and performance. We can configure and troubleshoot your device, but we can’t see your browsing or personal data. Everything you do remains encrypted.

Is there a contract or activation fee?

No contracts. No activation fees. All plans are month-to-month with transparent pricing and no hidden charges.

How are hardware charges handled?

If you choose to pay upfront, the hardware is yours to keep after 4 months of service. If you rent monthly, it becomes yours after 12 months. If you cancel before those periods, just return the hardware for a full refund of any hardware charges.

How is this different from cheap 5G or ISP backup plans?

Budget plans use a single low-priority connection and consumer hardware. Waveform Internet uses multiple carriers, enterprise gear, and active monitoring to keep you online when those other solutions fail.

Why would I need this if I already have fast fiber?

Even great ISPs have outages. If staying online matters, Waveform Internet gives you instant failover so your work doesn’t stop when fiber goes down.

My existing connection is slow and spotty. Will this help?

Usually, yes. Bonding multiple 5G connections—or combining 5G with an existing connection—can dramatically improve speed and stability.

Will I need an external antenna?

Most customers don’t. If your 5G signal is weak, we offer discounted pricing on our antennas and outdoor modem options to boost performance. Our team can also help assess your signal strength and recommend the best setup for your location.

Is the 5G truly unlimited?

Yes. Your primary SIM has no throttling or hard caps. Backup SIMs on the Essential tier have a 10 GB cap but only activate during failover. Smart and Complete tiers include bonded traffic caps (125 GB and 500 GB) that apply only to duplicated bonded traffic. Regular browsing and streaming are unaffected. If you exceed those limits, we top you up automatically to avoid disruption.
